Along with my other post, I think values will start to change based on technology. Kids will not be as interested in family time because of the constant desire to go on the computer, play video games, text, etc.
Also, cursing and racial slurs will be more prominant. It is starting to become more acceptable today and movies and TV shows are becoming more lenient with them.
Education will always be valued as important, I think.
Art and music are always changing, but I think the value of certain ways of creating them will change.
I believe that technology will cause a constant change in society. People are not as well spoken as they use to be. Conversations have become a rarity. People just text or aim other people.
The whole structure of family has changed quite a bit. Families are not as connected as they use to be. Many families do not even have time to eat together much less talk to one another.
I also agree that cursing and certain racial slurs have found their commonplace in society. Movies and TV shows have become less family oriented, and have instead been categorized to appeal to certain groups.
In contrast to the two previous posts I believe that technology has given people a way to stay in touch with each other and communicate. I know that my parents found old friends they used to go to high school with that couldn't have been found without help from technology. I agree that technology is going to drastically change society, but that doesn't mean we are becoming more isolated, in fact I say its helping us unite with each other instead of dividing us. Technology doesn't mean that people will become seperated and isolated, but means that we have more ways to communicate with each other if we are seperated far apart from those close to us. Technology isn't a divider, but a uniter.
i think society will change beacuse of cars and new technology they are making this days. like they are trying to make so many hybrid cars this days.
I believe as technology keeps improving, the more people will be driven away from their daily conversations. As people question why they need to have daily conversations when you can easily just text or use the computer. Ofcourse texting and using the computer is a much easier and quicker way to get a message around. However when it comes to dealing with other people or future jobs people conversations are not what they used to be.
Society will change the values that we all have. Most values that we have today have changed from back in the past and will continue to change with each society
